Three Caves is a now unused limestone quarry here in Huntsville, Alabama. While it is a man-made formation, many small natural caves were found during the course of mining, and numerous natural formations have developed since the closing of the mining operation. While visiting the caves is technically trespassing, we always follow the rule of take nothing, leave nothing. The only exception we make to the rule is hauling out trash that others have left.
